About

Indigenia Foundation

The Indigenia Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Native American communities across New Mexico and the Southwest Region. Our mission focuses on fostering education, economic development, and cultural preservation to ensure Indigenous individuals have access to the resources they need to achieve self-sufficiency, cultural integrity, and sustainable growth.

Through partnerships with tribal entities, educational institutions, cultural leaders, and economic development organizations, we create opportunities for underserved Native students, entrepreneurs, and artisans. We provide scholarships, mentorship, business grants, and training programs, as well as support for preserving Indigenous languages, traditions, and arts.

By integrating education and economic initiatives with cultural preservation, the Indigenia Foundation ensures that Native American communities thrive, honoring their heritage while building resilient, sustainable futures. Our work is rooted in collaboration, equity, and respect for the unique traditions and aspirations of each community we serve.

By cultivating strong partnerships and advocating for equitable treatment in the art market, we strive to create a landscape where Indigenous artists are valued for their unique perspectives and contributions.
Our work is driven by the desire to uplift Indigenous communities, preserve cultural integrity, and provide platforms for the expression of traditional and contemporary Indigenous art.
